    Terms and Conditions for Offers Across Multiple Platforms:
  • Offer: The Website Just@7,499:

    Offer includes the creation of a 5-page website, free 1-year hosting, provision of 5 email IDs, and a free domain name registration for INR 7,499.
  • Hosting Renewal: From the second year onwards, customers are required to pay INR 3,500 per year for hosting services to continue the same service. An invoice and reminder will be sent before the expiry date, and customers are expected to make the payment without delay.
  • Domain Name: The package includes a free domain name registration. From the second year onwards, customers must renew the domain with us and pay the actual amount plus GST as domain registrar charges.
  • No Refunds: Once the payment is made, there will be no refund. Customers are obligated to continue the service for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Theme: Customers will be provided with a theme URL relevant to their business, and they are required to choose from the provided options.
  • Content: Customers must provide sufficient information about their business for updating the site.
  • Images: We will use free images if available; otherwise, customers must provide relevant images for their business.
  • Response Time: Customers are expected to provide quick feedback. Delays in providing feedback and prolonging the work for many weeks are not acceptable.
  • Compliance: Devapps.biz reserves the right to take action if customers fail to meet the terms and conditions of the offer.
  • By availing of this offer, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Devapps.biz reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Offer: The “eCommerce: Increase Your Sales with an Online Store”

Offer applies to WooCommerce, Wix, and Shopify platforms. The eCommerce website is available at a fixed price of 15,499 INR.

Theme and Setup: We will choose free themes, set up the website, and integrate necessary plugins required for the theme to function effectively.

Platform Charges: For Wix.com or Shopify, customers are responsible for paying the platform charges monthly.

Premium Themes: Customers have the option to purchase premium themes separately and provide them to us for installation.

Hosting and Domain: Customers must have their own hosting account and domain name, as these are not covered in the package.

Content and Product Information Images: Customers are required to provide content, Images and product information for the website.

Inclusions: The offer includes theme installation, setup, theme customization, and adding up to 5 products. We will also provide guidance on how to add more products in the future.

Maintenance and Support: Customers can discuss and opt for additional maintenance and support packages as per their requirements.

By availing of this offer, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Modifications to the offer may occur at the discretion of the service provider.
